The Wilton Transfer station will be closed Friday and Saturday, July 4 and 5, in observance of the Fourth of July.

The Parks & Recreation Department is planning activities for the July 4th Celebration. Planned activities for July 4th include:


8:30 AM: Freedom Run Road Race (5K) - Sign up at 08 4th of July Road Race entry form

2:30 PM: Republicans vs. Democrats Softball Game


5:00 PM: Shadow Act (Band)

6:00 PM: Sheltered Dogs (Band)


8:00 PM: Eight to the Bar (Band)

9:30 PM: (Approximately) Fireworks!

10:00 PM: More Eight to the Bar (Band)
